This shampoo is sulfate free so I always recommend it for color and/or keratin treated hair. But I also highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a light weight effective shampoo that is moisturizing and leaves hair full of body and shine. It's been my go to shampoo for many years.

This conditioner (as well as the Hydrate Shampoo) were recommended to me many years ago by a hair stylist, and I have used them both ever since. No other conditioner I have tried works as well. The conditioner does what it says (hydrates) without weighing my hair down. My hair is hi-lighted so without a quality conditioner, it would not be glossy and healthy. My other favorite thing about it is that I am highly sensitive to fragrance so am unable to enjoy most products that have any scent. This one has a natural peppermint smell that both my husband and I (who is not sensitive to fragrance) love. I comb it through my hair in the shower after shampooing and then usually leave it on for a couple minutes while shaving my legs before rinsing, but it also seems fine to rinse out immediately when I am in a hurry. This conditioner is perfect for me, and I buy it in the big bottle and use a pump with it.
