I tried this based on the recommendation of a nurse at a med spa I go to. I have been using UV clear for years and prefer that much more. I found this formulation to be kind of pasty and it didn’t look good on my skin. It could possibly have more coverage because it’s more opaque than the clear one, but often when I wear the clear I get compliments on my skin that it looks glowing. With this it looks pink & pasty. Back to the UV Clear.

It takes some rubbing to get it in, but it’s smooth, the color is perfect for me (Fitzpatrick IV), doesn’t sting eyes, it feels light and works with my oily skin (it stays on all day and doesn’t look greasy). They discontinued the Elta MD 44 and honestly I was at a lost. I tried almost every one they had and none never came close to the 44 until I tried the Elta Md UV AOX elements tinted 50. It goes on nice and has a nice tint to it. The others were way too runny.
