Disappointed – Bring Back the Original!
I'm really disappointed with the reformulated sunscreen. The original UV Elements was far superior and used to be my favorite. However, this new version, AOX Elements, stings my face and is not comfortable to wear. It's not matte at all—it's greasy and melts off in warm weather, even getting into my eyes. It also rubs off easily if anything touches it, so avoid wearing nice clothes or leaving your hair down, as it will stick to your face. I really hope they bring back the old formula. Until then, I'll be searching for a new sunscreen.

Bring back the Elements!!
I had high hopes for the new rendition, but it doesn’t live up to the old UV Elements sunscreen. This left my skin excessively oily and shiny. It oxidized incredibly quickly on my skin and basically looked like it wore off after about 15 minutes. It’s a complete pass for me. There are hundreds of other brands/formulas out there for less money that perform better.

Unhappy with reformulated product.
I am extremely unhappy with the reformulated product. It goes on thick and heavy and is orange. EltaMD was my holy grail in sunscreens, but I shall no longer be purchasing their sunscreens.

I have used elta md products for years. I usually use the broad spectrum 46 but wanted to try their new product, the UV AOX 50. Sorry to say I'm not happy with it. It's heavier, a more matte finish and greasy no matter how little I use. By the end of the day my face has a slight orange tinge and I can't wait to wash it off. I am returning the product and going back to what I usually use. Sorry elta

New formula is awful
I’ve been an EltaMD UV Elements user for years - it was amazing. All I needed for perfect coverage for daily wear. It was smooth and thick, but not heavy. And the color was great. The new AOX formula is horrible. It feels very greasy on my face, the color isn’t great and it doesn’t provide much coverage. My face also itches. So disappointed they changed this one. Will be returning and will have to find something else.

In With The Old Out With The New
This sunscreen is nothing compared to the old one that this one is supposed to replace. The Old one was EltaMD UV Elements tinted Broad-Spectrum SPF 44 and it was THE BOMB. The facial sunscreen I wanted to use for the rest of my life. This new one has a more light orange of a color, it is not as moisturizing, and i am so broken hearted. Didn’t work for me. I don’t know what to do now LovelySkin, I noticed a lot of brands you carry change their formulas quite a bit - not only the packaging but the inside - I would like to see a 30% at least - discount to be respectful of the regular customers who diehard for these products. It’s not a good feeling when a brand changes their formula. Not saying give us all one full size for free but at least show us some appreciation for constantly coming back to your business to purchase these brands instead of elsewhere. Your customers really really care about our skin and hair health and it is depressing when items get discontinued or changed. And please try to fight products that get discontinued or prevent it. But I am a LovelySkin lover and I hope better things come. Don’t fall into the money hungry trap or the quantity over quality trap. It holds no value. You will lose more of your business eventually than those that are coming in. Love ya
