It WORKS!!!
Due to use of blood thinners (and age), I am prone to bruising, especially my forearms. As I live in Houston, I wear short sleeves a LOT, so my forearms are visible most seasons, which means the bruises are visible, too. I consulted a dermatologist about another issue and while I had his ear, I asked about the bruising. It used to take 4 or more weeks for bruising to disappear, during which time I was able to create new bruises, more often than not. My dermatologist suggested DerMend and I figured, "why not?" I'm glad I did. Now, a bruise begins to fade within a day or two and disappears within a week to 10 days. MUCH improved!!!! The only downside is that it warns against sun exposure, but I'm not sure why. I haven't tested it, but I do notice that I seem to feel the sun a little more than what I would consider normal. Not sure if that's the DerMend or the brutal Houston sun.

Used twice a day as directed and used a different moisturizing cream in between as my hands are now drier than before I began using the product. I naturally have very dry skin, so it just might not work for me, but worth a try for others who do not have dry skin issues.
