I have been using this product for 8 yrs. I am 68 yrs. old and this product seems to melt into my skin so that you cannot see any delineation lines. It never cakes either, which would be especially unsightly on aging skin. I like to use a natural colored dusting powder over my face after applying liquid minerals.

But honestly, one of the main reasons I keep buying this product is that I feel like I get my moneys worth. The packaging allows you to actually use every last drop. Mineral based foundation
I use Jane Iredale because my skin breaks out easily, and this line of makeup is mineral based which does not hold bacteria and therefore will not break your skin out. I pair the liquid foundation with the matt powder for a very natural and clean look. If you have problem areas, youll need to use coverup, as this foundation is pretty light.

I was introduced to this line 9 years ago from my doctors office. I love her blushes, pressed powder and eye shadows as well. I stopped using the liquid minerals for a few years since I switched to Lycogel, which I loved. Apparently, they sold the company and the formula is very different. I went back to Janes makeup and am very happy I did. When combined with her blush and pressed powder, it gives your skin a beautiful finish.

Jane liquid foundation is a beautiful light to Med coverage, I use a flat makeup brush to apply it, like a Jane mineral foundation brush. It looks very natural , and if it sits in a large pore or something , take it off w/ a q tip , before it drys in there , and blend the area, sort of , it works well. I love this foundation for all day wear , I usually wear a mineral powder sunscreen over it , esp , on a sunny day, doesn't look cakey. I wear Amber , love the color.

I have to say i am not crazy about this one. While I know it is really good for your skin, and that was the initial draw for me, i just think that there are so many other foundations out there that look better on your skin. The Jane Iredale colors never seem really true and it lacks that silky fluid feel. I have been mixing mine with Revision tinted moisturizer because i just dont believe in sending back products and it doesnt sell itself as one thing and then not deliver. It simply sells itself as a good-for-your-skin product, which it is.
