My hair was very damaged from coloring and using a curling iron. I used K-18 according to directions, starting with 1 pump at a time and working through towel-dried hair. The first time it took 3 pumps, and after that I have been using 2. My hair no longer looks damaged, the natural curl reminds me of when I was in my 20's & 30's, before putting color on my hair. I have never had such good results from a hair mask!

My hair is blonde, long and tends toward frizzy waves — you only need a small amount (one full pump and a bit more) — I was tempted to use more and did the first time (too much). It’s leave in - shower, use K-18, comb through hair and let it sit while doing makeup - I use less stying products now, hair has more shine, bounce, way more smooth and silky and looks amazingly healthy.
