I love this product. I saw somewhere that you can indeed use a conditioner after letting the K18 activate. So I leave it on for at least 10 minutes then follow up with a leave in conditioner. So I’m a diehard user of a different brand but would like a different option. I’m on my 2nd bottle now. The whole not conditioning after shampooing thing throws me a little but I just wait about 5 minutes and then I use an oil/leave in conditioner approach. I have seen some improvement in my hair. I have dark hair (except for the silver hair on my crown) that for the last 4 years I’ve been dark blonde w highlights so my hair can really be affected by this. I believe this product helped with keeping my hair tamed for a few days. I just didn’t like that one cannot put conditioner on hair after shampoo before using product. Therefore it felt like I was putting this product on a broom since my hair was so hard & dry after shampoo and no conditioner. I don’t think it works the same on all hair. I know this sound super crazy but I am terrible with writing reviews as I seldom find products worth gushing over. However, K18 is all that and then some. This product tames my frizzy, thick, colored, main and is a total game changer. I have tried other famously expensive acidic bond repair systems (not mentioning names) and they are garbage compared to K18. It really improves your hair and you do not have to buy multiple steps. Just read the directions, do what they say and you will find it well worth the money. After waiting the 4 minutes be sure to spray a detangler and thermal protection product before styling. I plan to re-purchase this.

After using K18 5 times I found the product to deliver all of the benefits it advertised. My hair is softer and looks healthier and looks great. However.... It is a very small bottle and my hair is just longer than my shoulders and using 3-4 pumps a week-10 days.... it is not going to last very long at all. For 75$ it should last a lot longer.
