I've used this for several years and there is nothing negative I can say about this product It's all positive. I Retired 8 years ago then developed Rosacea (68 Years old) and it was so difficult to get under control. I found this on the LovelySkin website and it would calm the redness after my bath. I have used this item on a regular basis. I have rosacea and I receive intense pulse light treatments to resolve the redness. So refreshing. I live in the desert, so dry skin is a challenge all year round to different degrees. In the summer I have to switch to lighter moisturizers but sometimes it isn’t enough, and this is a great supplement that doesn’t make the issue worse. The tap water is especially mineral heavy so a mist is an essential here.

Product arrived defective and Lovely Skin would not return
Product arrived with a faulty nozzle. Instead of a mist type of application the product came out in a stream which completely defeated the purpose for refreshing skin. I did not open the product until more than 30 days post purchase and LovelySkin would not honor a refund or replacement. I've been a LovelySkin client for 2 decades and this is not the customer service I expected.
