I've used this for several years and there is nothing negative I can say about this product It's all positive. I Retired 8 years ago then developed Rosacea (68 Years old) and it was so difficult to get under control. I found this on the LovelySkin website and it would calm the redness after my bath. Now I'm treated by a dermatologist and use a gel and a cream every day but I still use this morning and night and will continue using it.

Review for thermal spring water
I have used this item on a regular basis. I have rosacea and I receive intense pulse light treatments to resolve the redness. This product is very cooling, soothing and it assists in the healing process. It is also great in the summer when it's hot and my skin reacts to the excessive heat. I love this product. It is gentle and without artificial ingredients. I also want to say that Lovely Skin's customer service is excellent. I would not dream of shopping anywhere else for my skincare. Thank you.

My favorite so far
So refreshing. I live in the desert, so dry skin is a challenge all year round to different degrees. In the summer I have to switch to lighter moisturizers but sometimes it isn’t enough, and this is a great supplement that doesn’t make the issue worse. The tap water is especially mineral heavy so a mist is an essential here.

Spay , or rather calming spray to be used at any time during the day. I am a big lover of skin sprays, they are usually moisturizers and refreshers, but this one is also a calming one. It soothes skin either after exfoliater or when being in a very dry room. Great for travel, I wish it was available in a small size , but a bit bigger than a trial size. The regular size is really big and will serve for a long time. Excellent choice on my part to order it.

Product arrived defective and Lovely Skin would not return
Product arrived with a faulty nozzle. Instead of a mist type of application the product came out in a stream which completely defeated the purpose for refreshing skin. I did not open the product until more than 30 days post purchase and LovelySkin would not honor a refund or replacement. I've been a LovelySkin client for 2 decades and this is not the customer service I expected.
