It's the only face wash I buy! I love this brand, it works so well. It doesn't leave my face feeling dry, I always feel so refreshed. It takes makeup off nicely as well which is a bit plus. I love the texture too. I haven't changed my face wash in years.

Game Changer for Rosacea
I have used many exfoliating cleansers in the past. As I got older, I developed rosacea and they seemed rougher. I went through a period were most cleanser irritated my skin. Even gentle ones. I read about how this was good for everybody, so I tried it out. Somehow, this cleanser actually calms my skin. I went from dreading washing to excited. My skin was smoother and softer soon after. Every time I use this, my face appears less red after washing. That doesn't mean it stays that way. But, it's calmer and healthier because of this. It also helps with breakouts and flaky skin. It does not always remove my high SPFs. So, an oil cleanse can be necessary or even washing with this twice.

Can't Be Beat!
This is, hands down, the BEST cleanser for sensitive and Rosacea-prone skin that I have ever used! When I use this during the winter months, or when my Rosacea has the tendency to flare, I seldom have to use any of my other topicals as I normally would. This is a very gentle cleanser. No stinging or irritation as I have gotten from several other cleansers. This evens out my skin tone, cleanses very thoroughly and allows any redness or other irritations to clear almost immediately. Been using Neostrata for years and have always been very satisfied with the results obtained. This is a staple in my skin care regime, and it does make a difference. Thank you, LovelySkin.

Since being advised by my dermatologist to use this product as my facial cleanser, I've been using it for years. It removes makeup, dirt and grime without stripping your skin of natural oil. I do use an eye makeup remover before washing my face with Neostrata facial cleanser. It's an excellent product, goes a long way since you only use a pearl-sized drop for your face and neck, and backs of hands. It lathers and rinses cleanly.

This one’s a favorite!
Love the cleanser! It gives a mild chemical exfoliation that keeps the skin looking healthy. It does a fine job for me removing makeup however if I’m wearing a lot I will pre cleanse with an oil cleanser. I had to take a star off for the new packaging. the old pump design was perfect! The new packaging is messy, not nearly as sanitary and inconvenient particularly when my hands are already wet, soapy or have makeup on them, and I need a bit more cleanser. Please Neostrata, bring back the pump!

Great after procedure
I noticed my friends skin started to look more of a clean glow. I asked her what she's using and it was this Neostrata cleanser. It was perfect timing because I was doing a blue U light treatment for precancerous cells on my face so I ordered it and I love it! It doesn’t remove makeup like other reviewers have said but I usually use a makeup wipes before I use this cleanser and works perfect! :-) My skin seems very soft, Clear, and I haven’t broken out from this whatsoever. I will purchase this again, it’s not just for post-treatment care it's for everyday use.

I love this line of products, but this cleanser was not great for sensitive skin. It would kind of sting, and I have never had this problem with NeoStrata products. It would not be my first choice. I wanted to love it but didn't.
