SkinMedica TNS Advanced Serum
In my 80's and have been using the SkinMedica TNS serum for years but "upgraded" to the TNS Advanced a few years ago. I like the fact that it contains growth factors as well as peptides -- a good combo for anyone but certainly welcomed at this stage of life. There is a slight tightening effect as well as reduction in pore size. Since I use a different cream at night that contains retinoic acid, I have been using the TNS only in the A.M. I imagine the benefits would be increased if used twice a day.

I have been using TNS skin Médica for a short while so I am not sure if I see a difference as of yet. I do feel that my skin feels tighter and a bit dryer, so make sure to follow up with a moisturizer after application. I started to use it only in the morning to see if this helps with skin dryness. I've been using this for about 2 months. I'm 55 and just started using this product. I have read a lot of reviews and they were all positive other than maybe the price of this product. I use this with the SkinMedica TNS Advanced+ Serum (1st), then the Caudalie Resveratrol-Lift Instant Firming Serum (2nd), and the Caudalie Resveratrol-Lift Firming Cashmere Cream (3rd), then sunscreen every day. My complexion is smooth and over all just healthier looking. My children have made comments on how nice my skin is. Definitely prime the bottle before 1st use so that the 2 creams/serums come out at the same time or you can also let the bottle sit upside down before you use it. There does seem to be a little "leakage" come from the pump around the body, which is why I gave it 4/5. I definitely recommend it for aging skin.

I loved the product. I bought for my neck because its super sensitive and since I can't put any retinols on it I figure I would try this as an added step to my anti-aging routine. On the label, this sounds like a wonderful product with great ingredients. I like that they reformulated this to be fragrance free. Strangely, my skin doesn't tingle with this formula as it did with the original. It applies easily and dries fast, though I do feel that I need to apply moisturizer after it's fully absorbed. I've been using this product for a few months, and I'm not sure whether I see results, however I will try one more bottle before deciding whether to keep repurchasing. It is VERY expensive, even on sale, and I would not pay full price for it.

The TNS Advanced+ Serum is very effective but when combined with other facial products, including those from SkinMedica, it flakes and has to be brushed off. Letting the serum dry before applying other products did not make a difference for me. I will continue to use the serum because it is so good for my skin but I dislike how it flakes when used with other products.

I am on my second container of this popular serum. My dermatologist recommended it because I have some sensitivity to retinoids. I generally like SkinMedica's products. I use the .25% retinol and even that can be irritating. So I like the TNS because I feel like I am being pro-active by using growth factors. I only use it once a day, but it has not irritated my skin. How effective is it? I can't really say to what degree it works. I do not have fine lines and wrinkles. I have skin laxity in my lower face. It has not changed that, but I do notice that my face seems fuller and more plumped and my skin texture looks good. So, as long as things are looking good and not getting worse, I figure they are working pretty well and I will continue to purchase. I am in my late 60s.
