Have been using TNS and then TNS advanced for years. Whenever I discontinue use my skin lets me know it wasn't a good decision within a month or two as my face stops looking as good. This really is an all in one product so although it's expensive I don't need to buy too many other face products. I stretch how long it lasts since I use this in the AM only with some vitamin C and then a combo sunscreen/moisturizer. At night I use a retinol and moisturizer.
