This is a wonderful upgrade to TNS essential serum. SkinMedica surely knows it’s stuff! Yes, it is a bit more expensive, but as I age I find I need all the help I can get. Applies wonderfully underneath moisturizer and never, ever pills. An upgrade I might suggest: a line on the lower end of the bottle to show when you have 7 to 10 uses left, for re-ordering purposes. This would be very helpful, indeed!

At first, I was hesitant to purchase this TNS Advanced Plus Serum because of the high price. However, it is the best product that you can find for multiple issues in one bottle.
