I really do like this product. I only use it at night as it is quite expensive. I do think I see a difference in skin care and use it in place of different skin cares that I have at night. This covers it all. The only complaint is the dispenser. Remember to keep it upside down and use three fingers to dispense it. I can get two months out it if I am careful. You do not need much of the product. It covers well. I only gave it 4stars due to the dispenser.

Ive used this product for about 3 years now and have seen results. My skin is tighter and more firm, with improved texture. My only issue is a few of the product containers had dispenser pumps that failed. Where both products should be dispensed together, only one would come out. I love this product. It works. It’s undoubtedly a scientifically advanced serum with clinical results. It’s my favorite part of my skincare routine. But the pump is absolutely horrible, and so much product is wasted because it constantly leaks. And at $300 for 1 ounce, not one drop should end up anywhere but my face. I am continuing to buy this for now because the product is so effective, but SkinMedica really needs to improve their packaging.

Great product; pump needs a redesign
I had a bit of an allergy to the second (non-growth factor) chamber, so I thought I would gift this to my mom who doesn't suffer from skin allergies, and she ADORED it - and the results definitely show on her face and neck! Her main quibble is that the pump gets stuck and dispenses one side more than the other if you don't push exactly in the center each time, and even then it will randomly get stuck even if one stores the container upside down as sometimes recommended. If the manufacturers correct this issue it would be such a dream product!

I look forward to seeing what results I get. One thing I do notice is I use it right after I wash my face, I wait a few minutes, and then follow up with the dermal repair cream. I absolutely love the product. My only issue is how the bottle and pump work. There is a pump that is half a white serum and half a clear serum. I’m on my third bottle and every bottle has the same issue, you end up getting more of the white substance and a lot of times little to none of the clear. I have spoken to customer service and they gave me advice on how to make the bottle work. It does help but non the less I still run in to the same issue every time.

Originally with my first bottle I felt like my skin was tighter after application and it soaked in and didn't break me out. It also didn't irritate my skin. Now I'm on my second or third bottle and not sure I see any difference. That's why I dropped it from 5 to 4 stars. It's really expensive so I'm not sure I will keep using it. After this bottle I may pause use and see if I notice any changes.

I truly like this serum, but it is ridiculously expensive. However, it works. I have a fine line in between my brows and the serum eliminates the line and keeps my skin looking balanced and evenly toned. It only lasts four months if you use it day and night. I’ve been using it for over a year, but it’s not an end all for your problems if you stop using it. I stopped using it because I ran out and did not want to spend another $250, and guess what. The wrinkle between my brow is back and present. So I don’t know. I’m torn. Since its like a “works now” fix but it’s not going to age you backwards.
