I have been using TNS Essential Serum for several years and have now switched to the Advanced Serum. I definitely prefer the Advanced. It feels super smooth and hydrating and it seems to go farther than the Essential Serum. My face appears to have fewer fine lines and overall texture is improved. I'm approaching 60 and using this exceptional serum is an important step in my skin care regime. It is an expensive product but I definitely recommend trying it.

I'm on my second "bottle" of TNS Advanced + Serum. I waited a long time for it- I was able to find it and buy it almost a year after I first read about it in Allure magazine (which I have subscribed to since about 2002). I absolutely trust Allure and when they give an amazing review or call something a breakthrough product, then I sit up and take notice. There is a reason that red Allure sticker is on the outside of the box! My primary concerns are sagging around the jawline and loss of firmness in cheeks and by using the Advanced + I can definitely say that I have seen much improvement in an area that is hard to see improvement in, unless clinical procedures are performed.
