I have been using this product for over 3 years and although fairly expensive is actually much better then advertised. Yes better than advertised. I first bought this product at a spa when I has IPL laser therapy for my melasma. At first I didnt really notice any difference, so I stopped using it. It has been a year since my laser treatment and I dug it out to give it another try. It is now my opinion that the only reason I didnt see results is because my skin was already so improved by the laser that the product added only minimal benefit. I have used it every day for about a month and the results are amazing! My skin is softer, firmer, and my complexion is more even. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but it is WORTH IT! I do use Lytera and I think the results are enhanced since I am using them together with retinol. I think the combination of these products are more pronounced than the laser treatments, at about half the cost. I highly recommend Skin Medical and TNS Essential Serum!
