I have been using Viviscal Professional for at least 4 years, and it has filled in hollow spots around the top of my head. Since I was 19 years old, I had alopecia ariata, and Viviscal Professional is one of the products I can't live without! If I stop taking it, I notice a decrease in fullness, and my hair starts to fall out. Therefore, if I have to give up a nail appointment or use Viviscal, I'd rather give up the nail appointment.
