I take one of these pills every time I go out on a sunny day and it really helps prevent new pigment, while also helping minimize the pigmentation I already had. This product was recommended to me by my local med spa so I wanted to give it a try. I've been using it for a couple of weeks so it's too soon to tell if there are any positive impacts. The only thing I don't care for is that the product feels tacky on my skin, even after several minutes of dry down time.
