I have used this product off and on for many years. It is amazing to me they have never improved the delivery system of the actual product. For as much as this product costs, it is frustrating that every bottle has issues with dispensing properly on both sides. I have contacted customer support and they provided remedies, one of which was to hold a finger over the dispensing holes and pump several times to prime it. Every time I have tried this, excess product oozes out at the base of the pump around the silver ring. It is messy and such a waste of product. I am not sure that I will continue my auto-ship.

I like this product. I think it works and is probably worth the expensive. I use it once a day b/c if I use it more frequently, I tend to develop very tiny "baby acne." What I don't care for, and what many others have commented on, is the packaging. I always feel like there is more left in the bottle that I cannot access and often only one side dispenses until it is completely empty and then the other side decides to start working again. I would give this product 5 stars if the packaging was greatly improved.
