I think this does what it says: working to improve skin within 14 days. I do see a smoother surface and thought so just a few days after starting it. I am very happy with the new Advanced TNS, but it is extremely expensive. If you can get it, I think it is still the best anti-aging product on the market. The color is new and the scent is fairly light. I have very sensitive skin and I use it and then put on my sunscreen. Great product!
