I’d been using SkinMedica TNS serum for many years and always loved the results I got, but some time ago I decided to give another popular brand a try. After a year and a half, I didn’t feel like I was getting as good of results as I had been getting with the TNS serum, so I have come back to my tried and true skin care line! I am extra happy that LovelySkin always has great prices on all the products I use and the excellent customer service is an added bonus!

While this may take a full bottle to really see results, I use twice a day, and I can tell a difference if I haven’t used it for a few days. I think this is one of the best products out there. I have used it in the past, but stopped because of the high cost. It seems to be discounted fairly often, now, however, and I thought I would give it another go, after being away from it for several years. I have been using it in the evenings only, for about a month now, and I feel that my skin is benefiting. I am going to use it for another two months, and then re-evaluate to determine if it is truly worth the cost. One of the tricks to using this product is to go sparingly. A pump really does go along way. Others have mentioned problems with the pump becoming clogged, but I have not seen that problem.

It took me a long time to order this because it was out of my budget, but I got a great price on Lovely Skin and took a chance. So far, I love it. No issues with pump (like some reviews said)..and where I mix it on the back of my hand is where you can really see the results. Goes on lightweight. Its a bit of a weird texture, but not enough to bother me. I have been using it a few weeks, so I can''t wait to see what the results are long term. Worth a try if in your budget.

No complaints with the product but the container and packaging is ENORMOUS. I had hoped to use this while traveling (to simplify my skin care routine), but this container is as large as a 6 oz bottle of drugstore sunscreen. Effective with some early results
I chose this serum after my new dermatologist recommend the SkinMedica line. This serum is actually a combination of two elements that work together, but you don't mix them until you''re ready to apply to your skin, and even then, you just mix enough for one application. The packaging is a little tricky to use at first -- it''s a pump that extrudes a dose of both products at the same time -- but Skin Medica has clear instructions and if you need more help, there are videos on YouTube. For me the serum is slowing improving some discolorations on my cheeks and is also helping with fine lines and the surface of my skin, which, in general, just looks better. I have very dry, fragile skin (I''m in my late 60''s) and this serum is gentle to use whereas others I had tried were too aggressive. I use the serum once a day, at night, followed by a moisturizer and eye cream. This is an expensive product but so far I am very happy with the results and expect I will buy it again (on sale!).

Good serum but too much packaging
Serum was recommended to me by my dermatologist and seems to be in every top list by dermatologists. I can't see any visible differences yet, but hope it's working. The smell is off-putting, but I prefer they don''t add a lot of artificial fragrances. My biggest problem with the product is the amount of plastic and outer packaging they use to convince the consumer this is a luxury product and that they give you more product than they actually do.
