I've used Neocutis PSP serum for years and decided to try this one. What I like about this product is it absorbs quickly and seems to instantly make your skin softer with a more consistent texture. I've put it on and had to (sadly) wash it off soon after due to a makeup goof and it didn't at all have that feeling of a product that just sits on top of your skin instead of absorbing. I can't speak to the long term benefits or if its worth the money but if you can afford it, it's worth giving this one a try. As a side note, the product is dispensed out of two pumps as a combo of two different products. I didn't realize this at first and my pump was a bit fussy and only pumped out one half. But I got it working properly after taking the pump top off and reseating it on the cap. I wasted one pump of product (well, my neck got a treat) when I did this but lesson learned. And now, my inner child loves pumping out the red and cream colored product each morning as part of my skin care routine. Apparently I am a sucker for creative product packaging, but whatever works, right?

I am addicted to the SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum! It was recommended to me by my dermatologist and I have seen amazing results! I would not use anything else and this is really the only product I need, with the exception of eye cream and SPF. No need for a separate serum or moisturizer as my skin tends to be on the oily side. I use a 60 SPF after this. This product helps to keep my skin clear, balances out my skin, and helps with any discoloration that I may have.
