The other reviews are correct about TNS being so very excellent. Im 65 and use injections, facials and the best daily routine I can afford. TNS was recommended by my plastic surgeon and now that Ive used it for 6 months, I can see the very real difference in my skin. When I stop using it, my skin looks and feels dull and pasty within a couple of days. Ill find the money for this one. Im sold on it!

Maybe I need to give it more time, but for the past month or so that Ive been using this on a daily basis I have not seen any difference or improvement in my skin. I had very high expectations for this product based on all the rave reviews and of course the steep price tag but unfortunately for me this serum is nothing special and did not deliver. It feels fine going on and doesnt irritate my skin or even smell that bad but other than that, this serum has been a major disappointment for me.

This stuff is incredible!! Its one of my favorite serums and will not be without it. I use Retin A and Obagi, on alternate nights, but use this during my morning routine too. It provides an even tone and keeps my wrinkles at bay. Im 47 years old, and people always mistake me for someone in my 30s. I have not had any plastic surgery or fillers either.
