Power on LED wand. Select desired light source, either blue, red, or green. Pass over targeted areas on face and body with slow, sweeping motions.
Do not touch wand directly to skin.
Due to this being a tool specified for treatments, the LED has a time limit of 15 minutes per session. After 15 minutes, the LED will automatically turn off for your safety. As desired or recommended, repeat 15-minute sessions based on personal skin care needs.

What an easy way to get your light therapy. I have a big red light panel so I am mostly using the green and blue lights. I use it daily as I'm working on the compter or watching tv. The charge last for about a week. And she great for travel!
