Using this mask will take a LONG time to see any effects so can’t say how effective it really is. I can say that for the first few minutes it’s comfortable but then becomes very heavy and the pressure of the mask is very strong on the nose pads. My nose always has marks by the end of the 10-15 minute session. I dislike that very much.

I haven't had my mask very long. I understand it takes a few weeks to see an improvement. I will say it is very user-friendly and is so easy to fit into your daily schedule. My only complaint is that the nose piece is very uncomfortable while sitting on the bridge of your nose. I bought silicone cushion pads for eyewear. They help somewhat but is still bothersome. I lift it slightly off my nose every few minutes and readjust in order to get through the recommended exposure time frame. That is my only criticism.
